24 minutes waiting on 2 iced coffees and 1 milk shake. A girl with purple hair had her hand up her shirt then bagging food. This was on 4/10/2022. The time was 5:04 pm.

There is definitely an issue with some of the employees hired, very few stay and/or provide any real customer service. Overall it's given a three because of the employees who currently work there that make an effort to create a friendly, customer first environment.

I have definitely had some order mess-ups and awkward things happen at McDonald's. Honestly, that is what I expect from a company that understaffs so frequently and has a habit of maintaining poor management. But I swear the workers here are always super stressed out. This location definitely needs attention from higher ups, whether that is more funding, actually sending people to clean the machines, or providing more resources and incentives for employees. This is absolutely a management problem.

Seems strange that drinks are $1 for any size, but there's always, conveniently only medium cups available. Ok cool but today my Coca-Cola tasted like oil or something was in it. To the point I had to pour it out because I was afraid it would make me sick. No thanks next time I'll pass on by and just be thirsty.
