I was not informed ahead of time of the price increase on the the 3 VHS tapes that I was having transferred to flash drive that one had extensive footage. This seems to be a trend in the Omaha area.

If you use a Mac with operating system Big Sur this business is not compatible. I was advised they have had problems in the past. I spent a total of $840.00 with this company. I brought in my own USB 3.0 and 3.1. The scan disk USB's were formatted to windows when the package said good for Mac or Win. They were not cheap USB. I was then charged to move the files to other USBs I had to bring in on top of my $840 bill that he again formatted to windows after I asked him not to. The women in the office are great and attempted to help me but my experience with Joe left alot to be desired. The end of the story is I am shipping my products to Colorado where I will get the assistance needed to finish this project.

I am very pleased with Omaha Trans Video. They were able to convert a precious memory on VHS to a DVD within a few days. Great service and reasonably priced.

Hi Philip, We will try to find a deck that plays it the best. Sometimes the recording speed and the number of times the tape was recorded on can create problems. We do try our best with each tape. All work is done on site for 35 years.
