To be fair, I just walked by the kiosk. I dumped cox several years ago. I use CenturyLink fiber for my internet for a flat rate cost, no bundles, no calling in because a promotion ended. I pay a flat rate for my internet. Tv is use YouTube tv, and I love it. No cable boxes, no DVR limits. I pay $65.00 a month for fiber from CenturyLink and $68.00 for YouTube TV....a lot cheaper than Cox.

Don't expect their customer service to be of any help, they always say they are the one to solve your issue but never do. I have been trying to solve my issue of not having the internet at all even though I paid for it for over 48 hours. Absolute garbage customer service and internet, if you can choose another ISP do it, if not Google how to fix your problem, as I would have done if it was an error on my end but it wasn't.
