I went to StarBucks she gave me a broken straw, the iced white chocolate mocha was nasty their ice wasn't crushed, it was missing something. I'm not satisfied with the job the young lady has done. I will never visit here again.

Their sales stickers are deliberately misleading putting a digital sale in small print and deliberately similar to an in store buy 5 or more save 5 sale where one to catch nonsense like this. It was in very small text on an in store sales sticker that it required a digital coupon, and I was told many other customers also were mislead by this ad’s design as an in store ad that looks like any other without reading very small text. To fix it after the fact purchasing at night a person has to come back to the store, find out they can only get helped in the morning, come back in the morning, then find out they have to come back yet again with the items to refund, then download the coupon, then repurchase the items. That’s absurd, predatory, and severely disrespectful of their customers’ time. It turns the customer experience into paying very high prices sometimes or trying to catch their tricks or system mistakes constantly. Now Kroger is my last option for groceries. This practice loses business of people who don’t have time for dealing with this kind of BS. It also teeters on violating advertising law covering misleading advertising and earned Kroger a BBB complaint.
