Service tech was an hour late to come inspect a problem caused by bad labor from an annual service. Tech was here for less than 10 minutes, all they gave was a diagnosis, asked me to actually fix the problem, and still charged $100 for …Update: We called prior to visiting, and were told by a family member that you were "going to eat, and to come after the other appointment" we had scheduled in the area, which we did. As for the labor charge, you were charged (and pre-quoted) the standard rate for an on-site visit, which hasn't changed with the new owners. Thank you again for the feedback.
