In November 2019 I brought in a Husqvarna lawn tractor, the service manager M was not in so I left my tractor with a detailed explanation of the problem. After 2 weeks I called because no one called me, I talked with M and he said it was the carburetor sticking and it would be cheaper to just replace the carb and give me a quote of $350. I told him to proceed but get back to me if there are any issues. One MONTH past no call so I called M told me it still raced so it needed the governor replaced and gave me a quote of $650. I guess it wasn't the $350 carburetor. Another month passed I had to call again more excuses it would be another couple weeks. Finally I got a call on February 7 its ready and $748.25. What rip off since I didn't have a written quote I had no recourse but to ask for a break. No one at the Burrillville location could do that so I emailed the main office one more time. "I went along with the $650 so I believe I should only pay the $650. Thank you for your consideration. AND get rid of M." UPDATE 4/25/20 Just got a gift card AND apology.... M is gone too many complaints on service, Norfolk was a great place hopefully again with new service... Sales were always great now maybe have service to back them up. UPDATE: 11/20/20 Used it twice to mulch leaves, governor gone again. I replaced engine myself for $600. Gift card used to buy snowblower skids $46 dollars check out other tractor place price $24, I like helping the local small business but not his one anymore. The person that worked on the engine is still there don't believe Norfolk, though the service manager M is gone they lie but mechanic that can't diagnose a thing is still there. and doesn't care about you only making big money for a repair that wasn't needed, that's my experience DON'T go there if you do you were warned..

Didn't buy anything this trip because of the lack in lawn tractors right now. The sales person was great though and call the other location to see if they had any. I appreciated the help. I will definitely go back if I have items I am interested in.

I dealt with Peter in Sales, he was awesome! He took the time to explain the battery equipment and the different uses. Definitely will be going back to Norfolk Power. Great Customer service!
