Is there anyone working I've been on hold for 30 mins and it kelp saying 1 so you cant tell me your talking to someone for over an hour now I'm still on the phone waiting for someone to answer. This is ridiculous I nee Someone to answer before 3:30p

You would have to call them directly.

Can never get through to talk to anyone. I try pressing to have them call back, and no one does. The Doctors and nurses are nice, but the office is so inefficient. Hire somebody to answer the damn phones!!
