The man that serviced me today was very rude and made me feel like he was being prejudice towards me. He had a very unwelcoming energy as well as he made very inappropriate and rude, slick remarks. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He made me feel like I annoyed or agitated him by simply walking in to fulfill a car reservation. The gentleman also made it seem like he “moved mountains“ for me which he did not. The gentleman talked to me like I was a child and like I never rented a car before, again, I felt like I was pre judged based off my skin tone and he dragged a minor situation into something that didn’t have to be

I typically rent cars for one day and with the $200 deposit that you're going to need I walk out of there with an economy car for $275 with their insurance, which I clearly recommend
