DO NOT choose to live here. The customer service from the office is HORRIBLE!!, never anyone there to answer the phone, or even call you back. They just want your money and could care less about the residents. I would give a negative rating if possible

Park needs something done with cars flying through the park I live on a corner and have almost been clipped coming out of my driveway with my vehicle it’s ridiculous! People running around drunk and fighting in the road in front of neighbors I’m over it !!

There's an application fee to apply, I don't remember how much that was. They look at income mostly. The cost of the trailer depends on who you buy it from, whether its the park or someone living there. Lot rent is around 400 dollars a month but is steadily increasing
