Had an amazing experience with these guys! Caught a lot of fish and had great conversations and they made us feel very very welcomed. They taught us a lot of knowledge and we had some good laughs as well, I highly recommend them!!

Captain no showed after putting down a deposit and communicating the night before. We showed up ready to fish and there was no communication morning of that he wouldn’t make it. Essentially he wasted our vacation time and selfishly was ok with that. Would not recommend this captain because there is a very high likely hood that you won’t actually go fishing, but instead stand in the parking lot confused and disappointed.

We received a text confirmation on 12/10/21 for a full-day trip with Full Circle on 12/28. My husband asked about paying a deposit and was told it wasn’t necessary. As we were driving the last leg of the 1000 mile trip to FL on Dec 24th when we received a phone call from Full Circle asking what date we had booked. We referenced the confirmation text for the 28th. The Person on the phone commented that the other party would be cancelled and we definitely had that date. We showed up at 7:30 am On Dec 28 at the boat. The captain showed up shortly after and rudely asked what we were doing there. I told him we were his customers for the day. He bluntly said ... no you’re not. I told him I had a text confirmation on my phone so he said he’d figure out what was going on and got on the boat leaving us on the dock. He shortly returned and said there had been a mix up and he had another customer that day. Sorry. This crew is rude and obviously incompetent. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of guys that spent too long in the bar the night before. It was probably best that my $1500 didn’t end up in their pockets. I gave them 1 star only because google wouldn’t allow me to post Zero stars. Update: the dogs are 10 lbs and were discussed from the outset with Tim (supposedly the owner). We were told they could come with us and we had a small playpen for them. Somebody has a very bad memory and it is not us.
