We have had great experiences and just plain awful experiences here. This was one of the awful ones. Our burger was raw and the first set of chili cheese dogs we ordered they put some sort of runny cheese on it. The were kind enough to swap those out, but the next set of dogs were raw in the middle. At least the fries were great and the staff was mostly friendly. Terrible experience this time around. Probably won't be visiting again any time soon, this is our second bad experience in a row. As far as coming when I went team members were wiping down not just the common areas but other areas as well. Its kinda hard for team members to hear your order so it was repeated back to me a few times. Good protocol.
I would say a little more expensive than some fast food places. Still pretty reasonable.
