Disappointing birthday cake from the bakery- horrible fake strawberry flavor decorating icing from a can or bag- Had ordered vanilla cake with buttercream icing by a professional- did not get it.

Dearest Cindy, I truly am sorry that the birthday cake you had hope to receive was a disappointment. I most definitely suggest that you let them know! Ask for your money to be refunded or give you credit for a future cake. I had awhile back ordered a anniversary cake from Russ's Market with buttercream icing@ it was superb.
