Don't believe what people say it's what you make of it. I bought here going on 4 years ago and I'm enjoying it. Have great neighbors and we have got new people working in park trying to get all things taken care of. And when it is fixed now it's done completely right. In a retirement community your always going to have some people you can't please no matter what and I for one do not appreciate people putting my place where I live. Come to the park for your self meet management and talk with some people living here make your mind up then. Enjoyable place and very reasonable to live here.

the prices of the rentals are usually around 4 or 4:25 but if you buy a mobile home it's 3:25 and the water's pretty nasty and if it rains a lot have a four-wheel drive
