They were all twisted I didn't have an appointment. Even though it did NOT state that on my paperwork. They told me it's on the website, well I didn't visit the website I visited the office... sorry I work at 8 different hospitals and cannot make appointments easily. I was already running between surgeries to get this done.

Absolutely ridiculous rules. Made an appointment for title and registration at 8am. Arrive and was told two separate appointments need to be made for my two requests. I was the only person there!!! Covid is not an excuse end this stupid policy.

Give me a wrong plate for $1,400 and then they don't know how to refund the money have to wait a week to make an appointment ridiculous nobody wants to work. Now I have to go to Tallahassee. Unbelievable incompetence.
