I love my swim spa. If you are looking for a swim spa or hot tub I would highly recommend Spa and Pool Outlet. Anya and Luke are a pleasure to work with. They are always willing to answer questions and they never ever pushed me into making a purchasing decision. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their product When I got ready to purchase unlike some other companies they don't require full payment just a small deposit. The only negative that was also pointed out by some of the other reviews is they are bad about returning calls. However if you call them to follow up they never seem upset or act like you're bothering them. I am looking forward to many years of purchasing products from this company.

Well, I had my doubts and it took a minute to get things fixed but Mark was true to his word and fixed the many issues our hot tub arrived with. He made it right! We are thrilled with our Artesian Elite hot tub and the service Spa & Pool Outlet provided. I have no worries they will honor their parts & labor warranty of 5yrs! Worry free hot tub enjoyment YES Now that IS worth the money!!! UPDATE it has been 7 months and since getting through all of the issues at 1st we have had nothing but pure ease out of this spa. I would definitely use Spa and Pool Outlet again. They even give us a 10% discount on pool spa treatments sanitization etc in store purchases. They stuck with us and made things right. So impossible to find customer service like this anymore. Thanks for all of your help Mark Bean (& colleagues)
