100% satisfied with their internet, customer service needs to be on the same page. Spectrum: It was your customer service and hoops I went thru trying to get my cell phone was the reason I cancelled all services, I won't act like I am completely unsatisfied because you had good internet service

I know there is a drop box at the main Spectrum, either near the doors opening or near the pull up drive thru. Also inside Cross Creek Mall, Spectrum office , I believe there is a drop box there. Hope this help you.
That's Not True I Swiched From Time Warner To Get Bill Lower It When Higher.

Change your password, then unplug it for a few hours. You can also go to settings then advanced settings and change how many items can be on your wifi.
If you contact them they will mail you one, or send a technician out to fix or replace it

If you got a phone from them they should replace it they should have a contract with you read your contract and let them know what it says

Spectrum at the Cross Creek Mall is closed along with the Raeford Rd location. Spectrum on Freedom Hwy is open. I suggest you go upon opening due to overcrowding.

Sadly, I wish there was another internet provider, as u have no contract with Spectrum, they can raise the price however much they want whenever they want, I started with them for internet service only at $49.99, then they went up to $59.99, now I just got a raise to $69.99, because they're the only provider, they do what they want, they have a monopoly in this area, u would think that the FCC could do something about it, but they just don't care, it's really difficult for someone on a fixed income
Patricia slatton I believe you would have it mailed from the company you got it from that is if you want them to pick up the cost of the shipping just give them a call it should be no problem. Now this is what I think I am not 100% sure but that's what I have done in the past hope this helps. I never mean to purposely misdirect anyone please know that

Internet can be connected directly with a cat 5 cable or wirelessly with WiFi.
