Not about business. Gatekeeping! The employees will lie in your face. That’s my experience, just MF now! Yesterday, I called to place 2 items on hold. Today, I called the store about my hold. A different employee was all involved it; telling me what was said w/other employee (while that employee I talked to name ANGELA was in the background.) Gurl put your big panties on & get on the phone. Woosah (read between the fingers)! I’m returning my 2 sneakers ($$$) and go elsewhere. This store can 💋 it!

Does Ducks clothing for men ever include sizes 4x or waist sizes 44 -46 in underwear.?How do I order these sizes? What are the thicker men to wear while getting back to _!

In store doesn’t refund your Rewards. You would have to call the customer service number in order to get back your rewards. This is not the stores fault.
