They let us go in and give each dog treats that I had brought. Made my day, wish I could take them all home with me. Didn't visit the cats though. Not really a cat person, but loved the dogs!!

I adapted my dog “bronco” about 4-5 years ago. He’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. If you’re looking to adopt definitely put this place at the top of your list.

The police. They will call the animal control. If you can find a rescue in the area you can contact them too. You can probably find one on Facebook. If you can take a picture of the doog and post it on your fb page with am explanation you will get help fast.

I would suggest getting something that will suck up the milk and just squirt it into their mouths. It sounds harsh, but rather them be forced to eat and be full instead of dying.

You can go in the facility to see and meet with the dogs. I would contact the shelters main line to let them know you're interested
Do they still pick up stray dogs when they are close?
If I turn in an aggressive dog I can no longer keep due to safety of my children, will then turn him over to animal control to be euthanized? Or can they try to find him a dog-free, child-free home? He's had several offenses

it's a no-kill shelter and sometimes they run out of room sometimes they have to farm them out but if they can find some place for me I'll take them do not take them to Florence County animal shelter that is a kill shelter

Not unless it's called in as a stray they will set a trap if you like there's also a secondary shelter across from the Sheriff's Department in Effingham that picks up dogs but they have to be called in mostly someone has to complain if it's a puppy Ari high-valued breed they're usually stolen and sold

Sorry but they do not I would suggest Westside Animal Clinic they're very reasonable either that or Tractor Supply has animal clinics you would have to call and see when the next one is coming up PetSmart also has clinics on certain weekends for discounted shots
There are three dogs(pit bulls) housed in the back yard of 211 Byrd Lane, Florence S.C. These animals are there without the owners permission. These animals are aggressive! Please pick them up ASAP.
