I waited in the waiting room over an hr. After getting to the back my bp was up. I was soo irritated. My appt was at 10 30, it is now 12. I haven't gotten anything cleaned yet. I think this will be my last time coming here. It's very time consuming

Sometimes the wait time can be a little long, but it's worth it. The staff are great are always very professional. Each time I visit, I see a different dentist which I also don't mind. What I do mind is that on two separate occasions, It felt they were mechanics as apposed to dentist working on my teeth. Love the business but, I really hope to never deal with those two Jiffy lubers again.

I'm not sure if you're asking the business or in general but it's not uncommon for it to hurt worse at night. I would make an appointment or if it's really bothering him comprehensive dental does have walk in hours. You may have to wait awhile but even if you have an appointment you're going to have to wait they're very overbooked.

Can they keep there own appointment times or do they over book

Comprehensive Dental Center of North Carolina | Sep 28, 2019

There are patients who may have extreme emergencies and they are not turned away in pain. That can sometimes throw off the schedule but the staff works really hard to make sure patients don’t wait too long. We give 110% to each patient and sometimes procedures take longer than expected. We appreciate our patients being patient and we make sure to do a very good job on everyone once we start treatment. Thanks for your question. Mgt.

I had to pay $150.00 for x-ray and to see the doctor. Then $100.00 for them to pull the tooth. Did have any dental insurance. And when I cracked my filling I called back a month later to ask about coming back I was tolded I had to pay another $150.00 for another x-ray and it was on the same side that I had the tooth pulled out. I didn't go back.
