The management is horrible they complain they have a new system. They will take your money and refuse to give it back when you cancel. They claim that I never paid for our cabins but I have receipts I have a credit card debt and I even had my bank contact them and still they refused to give me my money back. Had to go to the bank and file a claim on the money. Still they refuse to give the money back so the credit card company will deduct the money from them. Even after the bank synonym prove that we never received a refund. Heartless and non-caring even though we have stayed at their campground for over 11 years. I guess all that money they took from us with 11 years doesn’t mean anything to them! Beware!!

What an amazing place this is very quiet and quaint. I love the views of the lake and the dock with a table and chairs to sit and just enjoy getting away from a life of living with our hair on fire and learning to live from Rest, not Rush. I will be back in March for a full month of enjoyment.

Great campground. Clean and peaceful. They found a site for us on a holiday weekend when we had to make an emergency trip due to family illness. We stayed there on the way home. Definitely a stop on our trips up north.

Only on of the cabins at camp lakewood have a bathroom inside of it. But there is bathrooms up at the main building where you check in at.
