Unbelievable fireworks display. Beautiful waterfront and friendly people. Terrific for the access you get and the quality of show. If the had it choreographed to music it would be top 5 in the state, hands down! Just a great time and done very well.

The project was started in 2002 but used buildings that are much older.
Look for the M&M Cafe. Good sea food. Fishing spots everywhere.
Yes...there is one of each that are pay machines.
I'm a slip owner at the marina. Its 1400 a year i believe for a slip. Not sure how it is for the condos which come with a slip. Check with Jim at Bow 2 Stern. They manage the marina.
