Run down, boats are sunk at the dock.

This is a rather run down and crowded bunch of boat slips on the banks of a creek. Lots of bilge rats and boats that are just there to die. Cheap rentals I guess. No protection from SW winds

It's a good place to be in a hurricane, boats here didn't get near the damage of surrounding areas.
