Three floors of child fun.

Good mix of learning styles. Exhibits good for many ages. Far better than the national children's museum in DC. Different but in par with MOSI in Chicago.

I highly reccomend this for parents. Or grandparents. We found this on A pass through and the kids spent 4 hours without phones because there was so much to learn and read. Its a hands on learning experience. It teaches you about the human body, and how it works, from digestive health, to muscles and all the way up to the brain. It teaches you about farming and their newest exhibit is all about turtles. My kids age 8 & 11 had a blast. And that says a lot about kids who are enterained by electronics.

There is a parking garage about a block away if you don't want to park on the street. The address is here: 310 E Washington St, Springfield, IL 62701 Also, there is a closer lot right across from JP Kelly's that is free to park if there are available spaces. However, the closet place to park is on the street.
Ages 2+ $9, seniors 60+ $7, active duty military $5
Yes, you can purchase daily admission passes or gift a membership. :)
Yes there are multiple places but not at each little play area. But the floor is designed well you can sit and still she kids playing most areas
You'll have to park at meters on the street if you want to be close.
