Yes, theres quite a bit of free parking to the side. Its a big lot, so it could be as close as 30' or so to the door, or several hundred yards away.
Yes! We took my grandkids, there were famlies there and the little ones were golfing!

I went to one a few months ago and we got there about 45 min early and were very close to the front of the line. The earlier you get, the closer to the front you will be. There I almost always a line. Also, they will check your ID (because of the open bar in the venue) and take any pocket knives so be prepared for that. :)
Balcony/Upstairs/VIP (however they decide to word it at the time of show) is seated. How many seats is questionable, but theres an excellent view from up there.
