If you find yourself in Northern North Carolina, you must make the trip over for this tour. The crew and their operation are simply amazing. I was definitely impressed with the entire experience, They are absolute professionals and will treat you like family. They are a must see!

This distillery is a must visit. You can do a tour and a tasting and then have one of their signature drinks the Carmel Apple Mule ( my new favorite) and the Old Fashion are both at the top of the list. Their North Carolina, USA bourbons have won many awards. The Soldiers Cut Bourbon gives back...with a percentage of proceeds going to Gold Star families benefits for fallen service members who died while serving in a times of conflict. Currently, you can only purchase these liquors in NC, so if your traveling on I-95 or US 301 it is less than 2 miles...you will be glad you made the extra time. The Weldon Mills Distillery brands can also be purchased at NC ABC liquor stores. ENJOY!!

A gem of a place to taste NC finest spirits. The owner (who is a veteran) and master distiller are very passionate. They listen to their customers and have some or the most creative and tasty flavors of gin and vodka. I encourage you to stop by if you are traveling this part of 95. You will not be disappointed. The distillery building (200 Rockfish Drive) is open Monday-Friday 9-4 and Saturday 1-8. The Mill Building (100 Rockfish Drive) is open Friday evenings 6-12.
