Just drove 3 hours 1 way to be told my item for pickup was sent back. Spoke to customer service last week to ask if I can have some extra time to pick up my order they said no problem.. They said Wednesday would be the last day I could pick up. Now waiting for ikea's response to shipping the items directly to my house. Absolutely ridiculous. 6 hours of driving and no one seemed to care all they kept repeating was The items weren't there and I need to call customer service.

The signs are for the Pick Up Point are small and in Black and White. Just turn in the Driveway right before Cornelia St, go straight towards the first building, then turn right before hitting the building, you will see the Ikea parking on the right about 25 feet down. Just go into the door that's lined up with the Ikea Parking Signs.

Had no issues. In and out in 10 minutes. GPS took me to side of the building. Drive around. You’ll eventually see a sign on the building that says The Stone Factory with a tiny IKEA pickup sign next to it.
