Nice place but horrible customer service. 5 bad electric breakers one broken and 4 that they were tripped.( Microwave, stove, dishwasher, lights and pump for the pool) Bugs everywhere which we understand it's out of their control but they said they send somebody to spray the outside from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m The next day but we were up at 8 a.m in the pool and nobody was there But that's what they said. We paid almost $500 a night and they only reimbursed a $100 per night because The breaker that was broken it was the one for the Jacuzzi Which They give us a heads up that they will fix the next day But it wasn't even that it was the whole motor Pump. So what about all the other issues? The manager said that they will not reinverse anything else because all the other Problems We're not big enough of inconveniences for any more refunds. This is the 1st time me and my family rented a house. Now we have 2nd thoughts on doing this again. Might as well Rent a hotel which I'm pretty sure for almost $500 a night I won't have to worry about breakers or buggs And if it was the case I think they will treat it a little better. I'm sure whoever will respond to this review We'll try to come up with some excuse but this review is not For a employee of this business To answer but for future Customers to be their own judge of situations like this that need better manager customer service And have a better approach about situations Like this one And not say it wasn't that big of deal But Understand that it was to me and my family because we were the ones paying and staying at the place.
