Yes they offer curbside pickup it's more like parking space pickup you park in a number you call in order ahead of time and when you get there you call and tell them what number you're parked in and your order and they bring it out and load it up for you
Call this is customers.
Probably the best way to dispose of your plastic film waste is to bring it to the dump/transfer station in your town.
