Emily Holst is our associate agent and commercial specialist and has been with us around 3 years. She focuses on collecting data for new quotes, following up on current clients questions and changes as well as preparing all quotes in our commercial system. She also helps train all new employees and works on our marketing with Natasha Stearns. Billy Aldrich is our associate agent and home, auto, umbrella specialist. He is Natasha’s brother and has been with Country for about two and a half years and has around 4 years of total experience. He works hard to be sure our clients are insured correctly and that all the paperwork is followed up on and in good order. Angella Sanson is our customer service and billing specialist. She is vital to our office and helps everyone with those day to day questions that are important! She has been with us for a year and a half and we are thankful our current clients can count on her to get the job done! Natasha Stearns has been with the company for ten and a half years. She has been top performer in all categories that Country has to offer. She used to be in charge of writing all the business until our team was able to grow. Now we get to share the load and she specializes in financial products, life, commercial and an occasional home and auto apt. Natasha built the book from the ground up from scratch in Marion IL. She has a masters degree in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Natasha is also married to fellow Herrin, IL rep Tony Stearns and they have 3 awesome kids together.
