I brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection and sat down to wait. I watched others come in to have tires changed and get inspections done. I also watched them leave while I sat and waited for 3 HOURS. When they FINALLY were going to get my car I told them no thank you I’ll take my key and go somewhere else. The lady at the counter said “I thought you were dropping it off.” But if that was the case I wouldn’t have been sitting there waiting in an uncomfortable chair. They are anything but fast. I took another vehicle in previously and also waited for 3 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection thinking it was a fluke. It wasn’t. If you are going to drop your car off and your not in a hurry then you maybe ok but don’t waste your time if you want something done in a timely manner.
