From the first day of inquiring I was greated with a warm welcome, very informative review of properties and availability information. This was a process for my 84 year old father so it was most important to see great customer service , someone patient and willing to answer questions at any time. On the next day of our visit we met the Property Manager and we were even more impressed. Once we did the walk through of the property and the unit, we didn't need to see any more we knew this would be his new home. This process was complete with in 3 hrs..,now 30 days in and he has only had one request which was handled immediately. Thank you again and I am glad we made this choice for his future.
