This company has given me the worst experience with a phone company. There is no help after you buy your phone and plan. I have had this phone plan for a little over a week and have had nothing but trouble. I wish someone from the company would help no one is listening to my concerns.

Today came and it said a note In 20 minutes I'll be back, I was waiting I was like 3040 minutes it never opened I came back and the person who attends there with a big loud music, he didn't ask me if I needed something very bad service .

Yes, if it is a MetroPCS or a T-Mobile phone. Any other carrier, the phone has to be unlocked. If you are not sure if the phone is locked or not, please stop by the shop with the phone and we can check for you.
