Been going there for years renting a tool, trailer and everything works. So, I have to give them a big thanks.

Increased price upon return. took them 15 mins to hitch equip another 15 to unload (eating into the rental time) needed help to turn on machine to check that it worked and proceeded to charge for an extra hour of usage after being 'late' by 7 mins. Sucking money from people doing honest work
