Great place to live! The staff is friendly and there are Maintenance personnel on site. Rent is based on 30% of monthly income but you may receive deductions for children, elderly and/or disabled. Units were built in the 70s but upgrades are being done all the time when funds are available. Roofs, windows, flooring, and the latest projects are kitchens and baths. 3 bedroom waiting list is really short right now so hurry and get your application.

There are some 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom houses houses the rest are 2 to 3 bedroom apartments and one bedroom efficiency apartments
