1st off i gotta say with all these recent bad reviews i was sure that I would not have a good experience at this place. I had an 11 o’clock appointment i got there at 1030. There was probably atleast 20-30 other people in there I thought forsure id spend my whole day there. 1045 got called back changed into a gown mri complete by 1115 was walking out the door leaving at 1120. Easy great price and fast! Mri for my lower back.

Wish I could leave less than one star. I have used these people back in the Chicago area a few years ago before we moved to Nashville area. I was not very impressed with them there. When Husband's Dr said he needed and MRI and recommended Priemer, I called them (numerous times and left numerous messages for someone to call back to assist in scheduling). Someone finally answered their phone, days later, and I spoke to a woman at the reception desk at the office on Crossings Circle, Mt Juliet. I again explained husband's need and requirements (he has pacemaker, defib and inverter). I tried to give her model, id numbers and ins info - she stopped me and said I would have to come into the office and bring the cards before she could even answer if they have the MRI machines capable of scanning these devices. I had an appointment with my Ortho guy in the same building later that week and asked If it would be okay for me to stop by and make the inquiry then. She said "Fine!". So - after my appointment I go downstairs and am VERY rudely told that I was stupid and they cannot answer that question unless he was there in person and had a written doctors order for the MRI. They would not even tell me if that particular office even could do the scan with his hardware implants. We contacted his doctor again and asked them to resent the order for the MRI to the Mt Juliet Premier office (and copy me on the fax as well). They did so that day - I received the acknowledgement of fax sent from doctor and fax received by Premier. I called them back and they said they did not receive it and to call back 2-3 days later to see if it got delayed. It took me 10 days of repeated calls to get them to confirm receipt of the doctor's order and another 3-4 days for them to 'find' the guy who could tell them if they did indeed have the machine capable of scanning husband's implants. He said "Yes" and we made the appointment for today 9/8. Husband walks into the office around 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment and they sent him away telling him that only their Brentwood office has an MRI machine capable of scanning his implants. We started this ordeal July 5, 2022. We are now looking at an appointment on 9/23/22. Bottom line - Premier is NOT a patient friendly organization (I refuse to call them a 'service' because they are NOT). I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. In the future we will drive to Knoxville, or Louisville or Lexington or just about anywhere in the surrounding state before we would ever consider trying again with Premier Radiology.

Referred to this office by primary care doctor due to its close proximity to my home. After scheduling appointment, I received no further communication from office. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early and was greeted by front desk person who asked for my ID and insurance card, not my name. She then asked if I had an appointment. Explained that I thought I did but I had not received any instructions via mail or email. No I am sorry, we will get you taken care of or any acknowledgment of this was made other than a shrug. Was told to sign in black box for 3 items. First did I have had any Covid symptoms— easy no problem. Next was HIPPA form. I asked if patients were to sign without even seeing a paper on HIPPA. Was told patients could ask or request information. After 28 years of working in hospitals, I know what HIPPA is, however every patient should be provided the opportunity to see the HIPPA form without having to ask for it. Many patients are too intimated to question medical personnel. At that point, I asked to cancel my appointment due to my discomfort with this office. My initial interaction with this office led me to surmise that the office was disorganized and worried more about my insurance than even my name or my discomfort as a patient. In addition, I have had to have follow up mammograms in the past and I was uncertain if an office that felt this disorganized and uncaring would be diligent if follow up was needed.

Worst premier radiology we’ve been to. My mom went in for a mammogram (not the first so she knows how they are) and from the very beginning the girl at the front desk was rude and insulting to her and my dad because they didn’t speak fluent English and because she said her name with a Spanish accent. Then when she went in, the radiologist didn’t pay attention to her when she said she was uncomfortable and she came out of there crying. She’s never had such a painful experience, and worst customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible.
