We offer a variety of different things. If you are asking about adult driving lessons, valid permits are required for lessons and the rate is $55 per hour.

Hello, As of right now, the next available class is November 8th-18th from 3:30pm-7:30pm. If you decide to register, we can then also add you to the waiting list for any earlier opening. Students must be at least 14 1/2 years of age but under 18 years of age to take D.E. The D.E. course consists of ALL 30hrs classroom and 6hrs vehicle getting completed in 9 days. Total fee for D.E. is $410, to be paid via cash or check. We do not accept credit/debit cards. You are welcome to pay in full or we require a deposit of at least $200 to reserve a spot. We'll need to see the students birth certificate and social security card. We do not need copies of these documents, we just need to view them to fill out the required forms. If you would like to register, please let me know so we can tentatively reserve a spot and set up a meeting time. We are in and out of the office so much, I'd hate for you to just drop by and miss us.

We complete all 30 hours of classroom AND 6 hours in the vehicle within either a 9 day or 5 day class. Total fee for D.E. is $410 to be paid via cash or check. We can not accept credit/debit cards.

For adults 18 years of age and older, we can conduct in class course study but normally try to help people save money by informing them they can study the DMV Handbook on their own and obtain their drivers permit. Once they have their valid permit in hand, we can put them in our vehicles and teach them how to drive. Everything we do for adults is based at the rate of $55 per hour.

Hello, We have temporarily suspended adult driving lessons and do not have a tentative resume date as of yet. Here is the information on adult driving lessons for future reference.  Driving lessons for those with valid permits is based at the rate of $55 per hour to be paid via cash only. Driver will need to bring their permit to each scheduled lesson and a copy of the permit will be made at the beginning of the first lesson when we take payment. We use our vehicles for every lesson and each lesson starts & ends at The Driving School, 2503-F Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC.  Thank you for your interest in our school.

Unfortunately, we do not have any motorcycle courses. I would suggest taking a course at the Community College. I believe it is $90 and they supply the motorcycle for practice. Thank you for your interest in our school.

Unfortunately we do not do CDL. I would recommend looking into a community College. They even have trucks for you to practice driving.

Only the Division of Motor Vehicles can issue drivers licenses.

I'm sorry but we do not do pick ups. Each lesson starts and ends at The Driving School, 2503-F Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC. Adult driving lessons are based on an hourly rate and we use our vehicles.

Unfortunately, we do not rent out our vehicles for the DMV road test.

The teen drivers ed course (ages 14 1/2 years of age but under 18 years of age) prepares the student for the NC DMV permit test which they are allowed to take after reaching the age of 15. In NC, teens have to keep their permit a year to the day they obtain it unless they reach 18 years of age prior.
