Today was my first time ever visiting this office. It was an urgent visit & they were the only place that could see me immediately. The wait was somewhat long but from start to finish of my visit I don't have one negative thing to say. Every nurse & even the front desk lady was so friendly & respectful. I will definitely keep the place in mind in the future. They got me taken care of in 3 hours & out the door.

I just had the best experience with FNP Cierra Rowe. She has a beautiful spirit and provided great care. When my doctor left I prayed would find another one just as awesome. I am looking forward to my annual Pap and Mammogram next year . Physicians East great hire, FNP Rowe keep fighting and making people smile.

I usually receive excellent care, and I've been pleased with my experiences as a patient for the last 5 years. Today, I am disappointed. I have a quick, one page form for a new job that just asks "Are there any limitations in hearing/vision/lifting?" and they will not complete it. I don't have a primary care physician, because I always get my yearly physicals here and I'm very rarely sick (urgent care usually takes care of it). Getting into a PCP would take weeks, and I can't miss work for weeks. The doctor who knows me best and sees me most is my gynecologist. This office should be able to complete such simple forms for their regular patients.

Staff is very rude including the doctor. Receptionist was very nasty acting and unprofessional. When trying to call the office they wouldn’t answer, was left on hold. The doctor is very off putting and isn’t considerate about anything, never coming back again.

Yes! We offer the latest in ultrasound technology, 4D Ultrasound, however it is not covered by insurance. This type of ultrasound lasts 20-40 minutes and is best performed at 27 to 30 weeks gestation. This 4D Imaging allows you to see your baby's face for the first time while he or she is still in the womb and to view your baby yawning, stretching, or sucking its thumb.
