I have been with Community since June of last year and I thank GOD everyday for the ladies and gentelmen who come to my home. My husband and I depend on these ladies every day. They look out for me and they look out for my husband. I would not EVER consider leaving this company for any reason at all.! Thank you Community for being the most caring, kind and dependable hospice care! My life has been the better with you in it. Knowing I don't have long left on this earth at least I know I want be sufering for when that time comes because of you and my husband will be helped to deal with my leaving also! R.G.

I would give zero stars if possible. Rude, disrespectful "caretakers" with Complete lack of empathy for grieving family members and dehumanizing of the deceased. Male worker called my mother-in-law "disrespectful" when she insisted on a phone call before arrival, when my mother-in-law is calm, neutral, and Far from disrespectful. Tried to one-up her when she said she was tired by responding "well IM tired too". Unprofessional response from a caretaker being paid to provide comfort and care to their client and their family members. Once the client was deceased, another employee found it appropriate to multi-task, answering a phone call While simultaneously dressing him in preparation for the funeral home, reducing him simply to a corpse, and not a human being. While the family member gave permission for her to answer the call, because it was, in fact, the funeral home calling, she saw no issue in depersonalizing her client, instead of doing the professional thing and stepping away, taking the call, and then returning to her task, ESPECIALLY since family was generous enough to excuse her to answer the phone in the first place. Her behavior was ENTIRELY unacceptable, abhorrent, and we will be pursuing further action. God help any other suffering family who is assigned to these heartless excuses for humans.

Sometimes the end of life experience can be difficult but Community Home care makes the transition so much easier. The staff is friendly, the volunteers are genuine and the service is phenomenal. I wouldn’t trust my loved ones with anyone else.
