Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I came here this weekend and was helped right away. Was able to get what I needed done and was in and out.

Isha Tanveer. She is the service manager and she is extremelly rude. What a waist to have her representing Wells Fargo. She has no customer service skills. Now I understand why this bank has a 2.7 star review.

This place is a complete joke. Customer service staff is basically useless. They aren't letting customers into the branch.. How is anyone supposed to run a business or construct normal banking with this excuse of a bank??Accounts closed, on to a bank that actually values their customers. I would leave negative stars if I could.

Refusing to serve customers in the building? I walked to the bank a few weeks ago and was not allowed in to make a withdrawal, and of course they don't serve walk up customers in the drive thru. Came back today with the car and it's over a 30 minute wait. Time for a new bank!
