We rented the blow up bounce house with water slide and my kids had a BLAST! No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Jump Right Inn LLC cleans and disinfects before and after every rental.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
There are several instances where the customer or Jump Right Inn may need to cancel event due to weather, especially high winds. We have a pretty fair cancellation policy and can be seen at https://www.jribouncehouse.com/Cancellations_Policy/
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. In some cases we will set up earlier to insure all reservations are setup on time. We are flexible.
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
