definitely the most down to earth t-mobile store i’ve been to. i went to trade my phone in and the person working with us, robert, was very helpful and sweet. for sure gonna be coming here if i need anything else

Worst customer service ever, they can't show me the pending bill, I have canceled service way back in January but still they sent bill to collections no call. No information . When I went back to store they don't even know how to trace back

Fuquay store acted like it was an issue to help you was with my daughter to by a phone told her she should have went to another location

I would think they would be able to. I am thinking about switching to T mobile from Verizon, would you recommend ? I am all over the state with my work and am concerned about cell service coverage.

My phone is not letting me call out but I do receive calls. Do I need to upgrade from the I-phone 6-S?
