Worst customer service ever! Had booked a u haul online and when I arrived to pick it up Nolan Pinson, Center Manager, did not show the same information in his system as what we thought was booked. He did not try to reach out to see why. So, we called customer service ourselves to try and get things straight. Went back inside with a customer service rep on the line and apparently this agitated Nolan Pinson, Center Manager and he actually refused to rent us the u haul we had booked. When my wife explained to him we needed it to move our sons things who had passed away, he could care less. He said have a good day mam! Wow, hope he doesn’t treat all the customers like that. Be careful, karma can be tough!

Best storage place in the Little River area!! Nolan, I believe is his name and is the manager I think, has outstanding customer service skills and went above and beyond! I'm going through a hard time with another storage place and I'm SO thankful I found this one! Sorry for anyone that left a negative review because maybe none of you have ever worked in a high stress job or self employed at that cause every day is a new day and everyone has their good days and bad. That's human!! So instead of leaving negative reviews, put yourself in someone else's shoes for a minute. Just saying!! NO ONE is perfect and if you think you are, more power to all you!! My experience at this place has been nothing but exceptional and I don't write reviews very often unless I truly feel they are necessary, especially when I think credit is due to someone that made your day alittle less stressful! Spread love, not hate.... for all you negative Nancy's. We are ALL in this together so PLEASE think twice before negatively. Namasté!!
