Even while displaying a "No Guns or Firearms" sign prominently in their office they allow people to come in with guns. Didn't feel safe at all

The staff is great but the wait time is terrible.

Nice enough staff and doctor. Doctor hasn't reviewed my test results in the week they came back. They are closed on Fridays. Maybe next week.

I have been a patient of WHIMA for about 5 years and have grown tired of the constant aggravation of trying to figure out 1. WHO my Dr/PA is. Ever since Dr. Gracia left, I have been shuffled off between various PA's 3 times. I was actually told that one of the PA's credentials had come into question and so she was replaced after having worked there about a month. 2. When my pharmacy calls or faxes (2 or 3 times) to get a renewal on my prescriptions, no one returns their calls or faxes. I've had to either call or go up there to get the issue resolved and be able to get my medications. 3. Do I actually have an appointment or not? I am continuously getting emails that send me to the Patient Portal (which I detest, whatever happened to personal contact?) My appointments have gotten canceled (without explanation) numerous times by the office, and/or rescheduled without consulting me to see if it's convenient for me. When I call to ask why, I get an attitude from the person on the phone. (The one saving grace has been Nancy, who has given me the answers that I need when I call to ask what's going on and has been friendly and helpful.) I actually got a notice (via the Patient Portal) that my upcoming appt was canceled a day prior to that appt. When I called to ask why, I was told that it had not been canceled, just rescheduled with a different PA. That's not what the notice said, and yet, if I had failed to show up (after having been told that it was canceled), I'd have probably been charged for "missing my appt". 4. I was actually told on one visit that I'd need to schedule another appt to discuss a second health issue that I mentioned that I was having. How ridiculous! I'd have to pay for another office visit to address an issue that would have taken all of 5 minutes to deal with while I was already there. I don't know what's going on there but I've found a new doctor who actually spent an hour & 10 minutes with me on my first visit and made me feel that I was more than just another dollar in her pocket.
