Very bad experience issues with our Whirlpool refrigerator which was under warranty. The repairman Walt serviced the unit replaced the freezer door and said he could not fix the unit. He claimed the contacted Whirlpool customer service with his notes and pictures in order to replace the unit. His first service call was March 11th 2022. The freezer door was replaced about April 12th. He never sent his notes to Whirlpool the office never answered the many phone calls. Finally Whirlpool sent a different repair service provider on June 1st by the end of the day that serviceman sent in his notes and we had authorization to return the unit. Stephenson was the worst ever.

Bad customer service. Talks to client like they don’t know how much laundry soap to use. Never called to say when parts are in or it’s taking longer or they’re no longer servicing the brand “Maytag”. Didn’t show up when they said they would even after confirming the day prior. Said parts would take a week and no call 3 weeks later. Client had to call them several times. Horrible business practice and attitude
