We visited the Ace Hardware in Beaufort NC this week while on vacation. And I have to say without a doubt their customer service would put Lowes and Home Depot to shame. We only have Lowes & Home Depot where we're from. I have NEVER seen so many employees working at one time and willing to HELP the customer. I'm simply amazed at the customer service and their knowledge. If you have an Ace Hardware near you shop it! I'd rather pay a little more for good customer service then someone who doesn't want to help me because "that's not their dept." Hands down to Beaufort Ace employees!!! Outstanding place to shop for almost anything to do a job, from gardening, painting, construction, yard work, hardware, plumbing, electrical, hunting, fishing, lighting, ETC. They seem to have everything. The staff are highly professional, helpful and friendly. I always love shopping there.

We really like this hardware store. They always seem to have the hard to find items and even though the items costs a little more than going to the big bix store, I don't have to go to the big box store and deal with poor service and the long waiting for the poor service.
