Counter personal have ALWAYS been polite and helpful aswell as most of the carriers. Management however needs some revamping. I had a package that could not be delivered on time ...I understand it happens so managements decision was to mark it delivered. My item was not taken out the next day to be delivered because it was marked delivered...had it been lost I would have been without any recourse. Luckily I stopped by and asked about it and it was found in the back along with all the other packages undelivered but marked as delivered. This has been an ongoing issue at this location that needs to be resolved. 8/11/2022 Had a package set for delivery on the 9th. Tracking shows held for pickup. I go to the post office to pick up they tell me it's out for delivery...never shows up. Call them today 8/11...I have a thousand other things to do is the reply I get. They offered to hold for me to pick it up I said no please deliver it...OK I'll give it to a carrier then my obligation is met. This location needs some serious attention.

If I could put zero stars I would they didn't even attempt to deliver my package that said out for delivery all day and this is nowhere near the first time this has happened and I'm sure it ain't the last. I'm so sick of this place

Really wish there was 0 star option, at this point there’s no need for a tracking number the packages are just never going to show up, this post office never answers the phone and if you do lose a package they somehow don’t have a record of the tracking number. 👎👎👎🤬🤬🤬 Nothing against my mail-lady though shes the best mail person I’ve ever had it’s just this post office needs to get it together.
