I ask for someone's fortnite account and they politely said it's not happening and it was against company policy but dominos gave me they're account name why is this?

Likely because those accounts are deemed as private information by GameStop and if someone gains access to an account as a cause of GameStop, the company could get sued. That's the only thing I can think of.
