On April 20th, I went into the Selma Branch. I had an issue with my B of A credit card, I spoke with Carlos in hopes that he could help me with the issues I was having. To my surprise, he was so helpful and professional and helped resolve the issue. He went above and beyond, he was on the phone for about 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue and with his help I was totally satisfied. In general people point to the negatives, and forget to point out the positives. Thank you so much B of A.

It’s like a 80% chance each time I come to this Banks atms that one of them isn’t working. Then it leads to me waiting for 15 min minimum just to pull some cash out.

Of course it is! I would suggest that you call the branch where you plan to do night deposits and ask rather than piddling around on social media! I am just answering for a friend
