I take all of our pets there (2 dogs and 2 cats). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all pets. They have a great staff and my dog actually loves going there to see them.

I feel very good about the care given to my animals. However, I am very annoyed at the treatment of clients by a certain young lady, by answering the phone with "will you please hold" everytime she picks it up. I observed her doing this and she has no reason to do that, that I can see.

I am wondering why a certain employee constantly puts phone callers "on hold"? She is not waiting on clients or doing much else. It is very irritating.

What do you do as an established client when your dog has extrdme swelling fistula and will not use front leg.

I went in yesterday morning asking to be seen. His front paw is now twice the size. What good is a Vet if he doesn't take emergencys.
