Great hotel! Small and quaint, nice, clean rooms, a restaurant on site, within walking distance of several other decent restaurants and coffee shops, cozy lobby with couches and a fireplace, complimentary water and coffee, very friendly staff, about 12 minutes away from the Kootenai Falls Swinging Bridge and other site seeing opportunities... I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Venture a few times and they have all been great! Love that it's centrally located and right next to a park! The kids loved the park and the splash pad in the park too. Clean hotel and pool area!!! Love that they have a pool and hot tub!!! We will definitely stay again!!! The restaurant was a disappointment. There were 4 of us and only one of the meals was good. The pork ribeye with bacon and fresh sage topper was delicious!!! Everything else was very bland and overcooked. The staff and servers were very nice and always checking on us. Unfortunately we won't try the restaurant again.

Yes the Venture has a very nice restaurant. The best steak in town hands down. Everyone on the wait staff is super friendly and all the food is amazing. I have never had a bad experience there. There is also a bar right next door.
